*Client acknowledges an understanding that Palabra Y Cuerpo LLC advocates for entire social media jobs, as a valuable, fast-paced, technology-forward industry, an entire department in some cases, and should be paid for, in one-to-multiple positions per profession, hiring locals, and building leadership and skills. Specifically for bilingual and multilingual folks. Palabra Y Cuerpo LLC is technology forward as it is people-forward, the latter more. 

Client commits to value-based alignments including preventing employee burnout, exploitation, accountability, and restorative justice centering conflict resolution, sustainable workplaces, rooted in ancestral and anti-colonial thought. This is enforced and investigated at every level and every step. 

*Investigation, and likely, overhaul of branding and vision will be required. We welcome reciprocal accountability and conflict resolution in all matters, as well. The goal is to create a separate budget  that would and should be allocated for full-time, benefits package social media positions, 1099 contract positions, paid internships, and/or staff job descriptions editing, title updates, and increased, at minimum ($3), $5 suggested for 40-hr work week, to continue work after Palabra Y Cuerpo LLC’s contract ends, those someone(s) specifically dedicated to YOUR brand. Your people are your brand. Your people are your base. Palabra Y Cuerpo LLC is with you from beginning to end of this contract. Trust goes both ways and long ways. We reserve the right to have access to necessary website and social media credentials, collect payment and cancel services with Clients, based on our Master Service Agreement (colonial language). We value our relationships and long-term community-building, and integration, like so many people in our East Las Vegas Community. This package is suitable and may be seen as reparations for non-local, non-Native, non-Nevadan folks who moved into Nuwuvi lands that have contributed to gentrification and the housing crisis. A donation of $111.11 will be sent to the Intertribal Council of Nevada, per client, as our own reparations.  As an East $ide Queer Latine, Indigenous and immigrant of the diaspora-rooted-and-focused firm, we are extremely committed to uplifting and collaborating with local businesses, specifically for immigrants, Latinos, East Siders and East Side mothers, and youth workforce development.
